Sitting with Grace

Grace eluded me for years. That is until, I found yoga, or yoga, found me. As I learned to be in the moment, to breathe fully and mindfully, she joined me; slowly, and patiently, on and off the mat.

I came upon this statue votive holder made of lava rock on a trip to the Big Island of Hawaii and wrapped her gently in my luggage and brought her home.

Looking for Grace this holiday season?

Choose to be present, and- speaking of presents…

Sitting Practice is part of my (almost) daily paintings this Holiday Season, she’d love to grace the walls of your favorite yogi in your life- including you!

I hadn’t heard Festivus for the Rest of Us for years. Great for a laugh!
    Love you,
